  • How do you charge for services?
    Price is determined by the size of the home or area to be cleaned. Give us a call at 770-519-9693 or contact us here. We are happy to provide a quote after asking a few questions and/or seeing your home/area needing service.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
    No. Comfort Carpet Care will provide all cleaning supplies necessary.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes! We have all the required insurance to make sure you (and us) are covered.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept cash, debit/credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and Venmo.
  • What if I need more work done?
    That's great! If possible, we can provide a better service by contacting us ahead of time to schedule more time for your home/business. If you happen to discover additional work the day of your scheduled cleaning, we can often fit that in. If not, we will be happy to schedule an appointment on another day. We appreciate your understanding if that is necessary.
  • How long until we can walk on our cleaned carpets?
    You can walk on your damp carpets immediately, but it is best to stay off them for a few hours. Better to be safe than sorry! We are happy to provide your family with shoe covers that will lessen the chance of re-soiling during the drying process. Please note: "Transition areas", such as when you walk from the damp carpet onto a ceramic or tiled floor can sometimes be slippery. Please use caution. You may want to put down old towels here to dry the soles of your shoes.
  • How long will my carpets remain clean after your service?
    Great question! Our best answer is: "That depends!" We will review our suggested daily maintenance procedures with you. If you want your carpets to always look great, please ask about our "Keep It Clean" Program.
  • What do I need to do before my appointment?
    We suggest a light vacuuming and moving anything of special value out of the cleaning areas. While we can move some furniture; we do not move pianos, beds, dressers with mirrors attached, china cabinets, bookcases, wall units, and electronics. We suggest you remove any knick-knacks, electronics, lamps, plants, and personal items from the tops of any furniture to be moved.
  • Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
    We cannot guarantee that we will be able to remove all spots or stains. There are things that can permanently discolor carpet fibers. The age and type of carpet also plays a role. We will always do our very best to remove any spots or stains.
  • Are your cleaning solutions safe for my family and pets?
    Yes. We are very careful in making certain we use the safest products for your home. We wouldn't use anything in your home that we wouldn't use in ours. We will always be happy to provide you with any information you may need regarding the products we use in your home.
  • When should I call you for water damage restoration?
    Simply: Immediately! With water damage, whether it's from blown pipes, storms, flooding, or some other issue, you need to call immediately. The sooner we can begin the drying out process, the better.
